Marley Asset Revalue S.p.A. is a company pursuant to art. 115 TULPS that deals with the purchase and management of NPE credits, both secured and unsecured, from both the primary and secondary markets.
We work with leading banks and other market players acting both as an investor and special servicer for securitisation vehicles.
During 2020 Marley Asset Revalue S.p.A. created ITS FIRST securitisation vehicle in which it has invested as Sole Noteholder and for which it also carries out special servicing activities. The credits portfolio in the vehicle currently consists of approximately 60% secured credits.
