#00678d;\">Securitization<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Marley Asset Revalue has invested in, collaborated in structuring and is special servicer of two securitization vehicles: Lancelot SPE, structured in December 2020 and Bedelia SPV, created in December 2023 for which Marley also assumed the role of co-arranger.<br \/>\nThe Marley Asset Revalue team is made up of experts who have collaborated with primary servicers and institutional investors that participated in the structuring and arranging operations of various securitisations.<br \/>\nMarley Asset Revalue has subscribed notes for a nominal value of approximately 10 million during the three-year period 2020-2022 and plans to subscribe for the three-year period 2023-2025 between 20 and 30 nominal million of new notes issued by the
